Over the past few months, you should have received a number of pieces of information in the mail to help you prepare for the transition from Citizens Commerce to City. If you need assistance or aren’t sure of something, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help. You can reach out to your local branch at the same phone number you’ve always used, or you can call our dedicated support line at 1-833-913-2593. Support line hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Here are a few tips to get you started:

  • Activate your City National Bank debit card by calling the number on the card's activation sticker. Your City card is now available for use, and your Citizens Commerce card should no longer work.
  • Download the CNB Mobile Bank app from the Apple or Google app stores.
  • Login to online or mobile banking. Your login instructions were mailed to you. If you need help logging in, just give us a call.

  • Large network of branches and ATMs – Beyond City National’s strong Central Kentucky presence with offices in Lexington, Nicholasville, Cynthiana, Carlisle and Mt. Sterling, the bank has more than 90 branches and ATMs across Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and Ohio. You can search by location here.
  • Many ways to access your accounts – City’s free mobile app offers mobile deposit, person-to-person payment service Zelle, and personal budgeting tool Money Manager. Plus, you’ll enjoy free online banking with bill pay, free 24-hour telephone banking and Direct Deposit Early Pay for quicker access to your paycheck.
