City's new mobile app delivers updated capabilities, a new look, and an easy-to-use interface to enhance your mobile banking experience

City puts the power of mobile banking right in your hands with our new and updated app, CNB Mobile Bank. If you are already a City mobile banking user, please download our new app before our previous mobile app is decommissioned and no longer works.

Concerned about security?

So are we. Two-factor authentication improves security using more than just username and password, fingerprint or face identification. A unique access code delivered by text message, phone call or an authentication app adds additional protection.

To keep your account secure, we ask that you never share your username, password or access code with anyone. 

Device requirements:

Currently supported mobile devices are: iPhone®, iPad®  and iPod Touch® with iOS 10 or higher, and Android™ phone and tablet versions 5.0 or higher. Keep in mind that your mobile device must be web-enabled and capable of running apps. Also, your mobile network must allow secure SSL traffic. (You may need to contact your mobile provider to determine this). If you plan to deposit checks using the mobile app, you must have a camera-enabled device.
