Scam Alert: Account Takeover Scams

Sharing a one-time passcode is like handing a thief the key to your account. If someone contacts you and asks you to share a 6-digit verification code sent by text message, it’s a scam. Stop corresponding with them immediately.
One-time passcodes look like this and may be sent by text message when someone is trying to login to your account.
If you get a call, text or email about fraud, unauthorized charges or problems with your account, don’t provide any information. And if you think you’ve been the victim of a scam, call your local branch or City’s Customer Care Center at 888-816-8064 for assistance.
