With online banking, you not only have access to your account information anytime you want. And when you sign up to bank online at City’s secure website, you can access all of our free tools to help you manage your account. Check out the demo here.

Viewing balances, transferring funds and making your loan payments online are all standard options when you bank online. You can choose which features you’d like – all for free. Explore eStatements, pay bills online and set up account alerts so you’re always in the know. Want it all on your phone? Just download our app and set up mobile banking with mobile deposit – or, check out text banking.

Enrolling in online banking is simple. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Select Enroll from the home page or go right to the login page.
  2. Enter Social Security Number, Account Number and Email Address. Click Continue.
  3. Complete Personal Information Fields and click Submit. Please enter your birth date in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY.
  4. Select Account Type.
  5. Review and agree to the Online Enrollment Agreement.
  6. Check your email. You must click the link contained in the verification email within one hour and from the same computer and the same browser you used to complete the enrollment.

Concerned about Security with online banking?

So are we. We take security seriously by providing multiple layers of protection as you bank online. One of the ways you’ll see that is the watermark. A watermark is a security image that you choose when you set up online banking. It should appear every time you log in, so you know you’re visiting City’s true online banking site.

Concerned about security? So are we. Our mobile banking solution uses security features similar to those present in our online banking solution to give you the peace of mind of knowing your mobile banking transactions are safe. And if you get a new phone, or lose your old one, don’t worry. Since your account data is not stored on your mobile device, your information cannot be stolen. When you replace your device, simply edit your Mobile Settings and make any changes to the Wireless Provider and/or Phone Number.

Device requirements:
To run City's Mobile app, your mobile device must be capable of running apps. Currently supported mobile devices are: iPhone®iPad® or iPod Touch® version 3.13.1p1 or higher with iOS 7.0 or higher. Android™ phone version 3.16.1 or higher. Keep in mind that your mobile device must be web-enabled. Also, your mobile network must allow secure SSL traffic. (You may need to contact your mobile provider to determine this). If you plan to deposit checks using mobile banking, you must have a camera-enabled device.

Paying bills online has never been easier or more secure. You can pay bills online quickly and on time with City’s online bill pay service.

With City’s online bill pay, you can:

  • Schedule and view pending payments
  • Categorize your payments to make organizing easy
  • Send money to other people through email
  • Get and pay your paper bills through eBill
  • For a small fee, you can also make charitable donations purchase gift checks or make rush payments

Get started with online bill pay:

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Click the Bill Pay tab and follow the directions on the page.
  3. Or, check out the demo.

This convenient option lets you pay, track and manage bills electronically with the click of a few buttons. You can pay all your bills in one place and send payments to any company or individual in the country. Online bill pay is much faster than writing and mailing paper checks. You can pay bills online in minutes, which makes it easier to stay on top of your finances. And not only can you save time and hassle with online bill pay, but you can also save money on checks and postage. Best of all, online bill pay is FREE.

Deposit checks faster than you can say “selfie" with City's remote deposit capture feature.

It doesn’t get much easier to deposit checks than with mobile check deposit Deposit from City. In a few clicks, you can use our remote deposit capture solution to safely deposit checks right from your smartphone or tablet. Don’t have the mobile app? Click on the Mobile Banking tab above.

  1. Write “For Mobile Deposit Only” on the back of your check.
  2. Open the mobile app and click Deposits on the menu.
  3. Select the account where you’d like your check deposited.
  4. Enter the amount of the check.
  5. Take pictures of the check as prompted by the app. Make sure they’re bright and that the check is readable.
  6. Touch Deposit.

That’s it – you’re finished. Watch for an email from City that says your deposit has been received for processing. Then, watch your account for the funds, which are typically available within 2 business days. You should hold on to the check for 30 days. Then, either destroy the check or write “VOID” on the front.

You can use our mobile check deposit feature to deposit up to $2,500 or five checks per day and up to $10,000 or 25 checks per month. Most types of checks are acceptable, although we cannot accept checks older than 6 months, nor altered checks. See the terms and conditions for more details.
