CNB Mobile Quick Start Guide

 

Introduction

 

CNB Mobile lets you control your City National accounts on the go. City offers two ways to access your accounts from your mobile device: using the CNB Mobile App available from the Apple AppStore and the Android Market; or, using your device's mobile browser.

 

Enrolling

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click on OPTIONS tab
  • Click on MOBILE SETTINGS
  • ENROLL your mobile device
  • Accept the Mobile Banking Disclosure

You will then receive a confirmation text message from City National Bank that includes the URL to access the Mobile Banking website. Please note: if you did not select to receive text alerts during the enrollment process, you will not receive a text message.

 

Access CNB Mobile Using Two Convenient Methods

 

CNB Mobile App

 

Once enrolled in Mobile Banking, download the CNB Mobile Banking app from the AppStore or the Android Market by clicking on the links below or by searching for "City National Bank."

Please make sure that the icon of the app you download matches the City logo you're used to seeing.

 

Open the app and enter your online banking ID and password. After entering your log in information, your account information will be displayed. Click on the options at the bottom of the screen to transfer funds, pay bills or view alerts.

 

Mobile Browser

 

Using your mobile device's browser, you can check your account balance, transfer money, pay bills, view detailed account history and locate a City office or ATM. After enrolling, you will receive a text message that includes the URL to access CNB Mobile or you can access the mobile banking site directly at https://www.airteller.com/citynationalbank and enter your online banking ID and password. After successful log in, your account balances show up immediately. Click on the options at the bottom of the screen to transfer funds, pay bills or view alerts.

 

Customer Support

 

We recommend you start by contacting your mobile provider to ensure you have the correct settings to comply with the minimum requirements of the app:

  • Your mobile device must be we enabled.
  • Your mobile network must allow secure SSL traffic. (You may need to contact your mobile provider to determine this).
